BioVisualizer

BioVisualizer is a tool for visualizing data in a biological relevant context.

Data from experiments e.g protein - value pairs is pasted into the application. BioVisualizer visualizes these data points in a cell plot, where the proteins is localized in the cell using GO terms. The nodes is colored or sized by the values.

Protein interactions can also be pasted into the application and be visualized with edges between the protein nodes in the cell plot.
